TAT/SLA Performance Objectives
- STAT Reports average 30 to 45 minutes upon receipt of images, evaluated on a monthly average
- Routine Out Patient Reports within 24 hours
- Inpatient Routine Reports within 6 to 12 hours
- Critical Results Notification less than 30 minutes with follow up to attending or referring physician upon dictation of images by physician
- STAT requirements for Stroke Protocols will be maintained per Client Guidelines
- FRG will meet with Client Representatives quarterly to review TAT/SLA performance
